The quality department defines procedures for each step of manufacture and produces the required documentation and procedures to ensure the product quality is consistent for each and every order.

Cleanroom manufactured products all have a final batch release from the quality department. Every stage of manufacture is reviewed and approved prior to the release the certificate of conformance and final release of the product.
Our quality department is fully equipped with an extensive range of measuring and test instrumentation which is calibrated and traceable to national and international standards.
Silicone Altimex use the latest in technology to ensure product specifications are exceeded at all times. This includes laser micrometer inspection of products to extremely tight tolerances. In addition we have extrusion lines fitted with loop control laser inspection systems which constantly monitor and adjust the extrusion parameters to ensure the product maintains an extremely tight operational tolerance.
All of our cleanrooms are ISO Class 7 facilities ensuring the product is produced, inspected and packed in the cleanest possible environment.
Our cleanrooms are all validated and we perform routine viable and nonviable monitoring along with annual re-validation.
