To help us maintain our leading edge in Silicone Prototyping and Design technology, we have invested significantly in research and design. We believe in working closely with our customers; from initial concept to finished product. We have a series of stringent tests that qualify all incoming material to ensure that the material meets the demands of the design.
We have a continual policy in investing in the latest technology and equipment, some of which allows us to transfer tool designs directly from one of our CAD stations to our tool makers CNC manufacturing equipment - saving time and cost in the process.
With 30 years history in converting Silicone Rubber, our design team are some of the most experienced people within the silicone industry today. We have the knowledge to impart the years of experience into any designs we create in Silicone Extrusions and Silicone Mouldings, as well as to determine the feasibility of new projects before the ink has hit the paper and to advise customers as to what is achievable.
All our tooling is manufactured either in-house, or by experienced and approved tool makers who we have worked with for a number of years to develop class leading tooling solutions.
