Due to the critical nature of our products, we cannot leave quality to chance; we engineer quality into our products at the design stage, whether material related or process related, we take advantage of the latest innovations. It is essential in the biopharm industries and where other material properties are critical i.e. low toxicity silicone that the quality of the material used is maintained at the highest standard throughout the production process.

On the processing side, for our extremely close tolerance silicone tubing, we use complete closed-loop laser control systems that monitors and adjusts our equipment settings 30 times every second for absolute control. We use Statistical Process Control to ensure our products continually remain within specification. We have complete traceability from raw material to finished product. We can even print batch numbers, date of manufacture, sizes etc. directly onto tubing. Complete product validation packs are available upon request.
