Silicone Rubber Extruded Profiles

Silicone Altimex has a dedicated silicone extrusion facility producing an infinite number of profiles in silicone rubber for an equally infinite number of applications. Our in-house compounding ability allows us to tailor specific materials to the performance requirements of the application. eg insulating rubber, low smoke, low toxicity rubber, UV stable, and so on.....

We have co-extrusion capability which allows us to fuse dissimilar materials into a uniform profile, for example where a conductive inner core is required to be shielded by an insulating outer layer of silicone rubber. We have the ability to extrude profiles vertically, thus ensuring our tubing is round and not oval.

All of these points help us to develop the perfect silicone seal for the particular customer application each and every time.
