Q Holding Company Looks to the Future with Changes to Executive Team

Q Holding Company is pleased to announce the addition of two new Executive Team members who are responsible for developing new capabilities designed to enhance the global customer experience. They include Cary Glay, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Craig Stark, Executive Vice President of Business Development. Each individual brings extensive experience in his respective field to Q Holding and its customers, positioning the company for future global expansion.
Cary Glay, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
In February of 2016, Q Holding Company brought on a new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to fill the position of Dennis Welhouse, who retired after serving Q Holding for 35 years. Cary Glay officially joined the company on February 8 and he is located at the corporate headquarters in Twinsburg, Ohio. There he serves as a member of the executive team that provides strategic guidance and planning for the future of the organization.
Cary brings more than 20 years of experience in finance to Q Holding in such roles as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Acquisition and Integration Controller, Division Controller and Finance Director. He has achieved a Six Sigma Greenbelt and has become a Six Sigma Leadership Champion.
In addition, Cary served in the U.S. Army as a crew chief on a UH-60A Blackhawk helicopter in the 5th squadron 6th Cavalry. He also served in a combat role during operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Cary was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in 1991. He then went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Finance from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and later completed a Master of Business Administration at The Weatherhead School of Business, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Craig Stark, Executive Vice President of Business Development
In September of 2015, Q Holding Company welcomed Craig Stark to the team. Craig is the new Executive Vice President of Business Development and he is located at the corporate headquarters in Twinsburg, Ohio. Craig is a member of the executive team and is responsible for driving sales, marketing, business development and customer support initiatives.
Craig leads a global team of Business Development Managers and Independent Sales Agencies for both the Qure Medical and QSR Automotive divisions within Q Holding. One of his key strategic initiatives is driving on-time customer delivery for new product development programs and delivering to customers meaningful value propositions that provide customers a measurable and tangible ROI.
Craig also oversees the Q Holding marketing function. Under his direction, the marketing team is implementing a powerful e-commerce initiative which includes a new corporate website and other critical marketing strategic initiatives.
Craig brings more than 29 years of global sales leadership and management experience to his role. He has vast experience in the automotive industry as well as in sales, marketing and executive leadership. His past positions include Vice President of Sales, Commercial Director, Director of Marketing and National Sales Manager.
Craig has a Bachelor of Business degree in Industrial Marketing from Western Michigan University – Haworth College of Business. In addition, Craig is a Six Sigma Greenbelt.
